Analytics and Cookies Policy

Prebreak Inc., a Delaware corporation
700 E Redlands Blvd U172, Redlands, CA 92373

Effective date:

This policy explains the use of cookies, browser storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies on prebreak.com and related public pages (the “Site”). The Privacy Policy explains the associated personal-information practices. Necessary application and external-review technologies are also described below when those services are enabled.

Current website configuration

The Site uses technologies needed to deliver requested pages, maintain security, prevent abuse, and remember essential settings. We do not use third-party behavioral analytics, advertising or retargeting tags, session replay, heatmaps, or website tracking pixels in this configuration. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are not enabled.

Essential server and security logs may record IP address, browser information, requested URL, time, errors, and security events. These logs are used for delivery, troubleshooting, reliability, and abuse prevention. Essential-only does not mean that no personal information is processed.

When you use the application or an external review room, necessary technologies may also maintain your authenticated session, enforce permissions, protect against request forgery, and record authorized access. Service audit logs are distinct from behavioral session-replay recordings.

Third-party destinations and embeds

A link to a scheduling, video, or other provider takes you to that provider’s service, where its own terms and technology choices apply. Nonessential third-party embeds are not loaded automatically in the current website configuration. Where a future optional embed would transmit information to a provider, the Site will explain that processing and present the applicable choice before activation.

Choices and browser signals

You may use browser settings to block or clear cookies and local storage. Disabling necessary technologies may prevent requested features from functioning, including sign-in and security checks. Clearing storage may remove saved choices.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. A Global Privacy Control signal does not affect necessary operation under this configuration because no sale or advertising sharing occurs. We treat a recognized signal as an opt-out wherever applicable law requires. The older Do Not Track browser setting does not change necessary processing. We do not enable other parties to track you across unrelated sites through nonessential Site tags in this configuration; processing after you leave the Site is governed by the destination service.

There are no optional analytics categories to enable or disable in the current configuration. If optional technologies are introduced, we will provide an accessible preference control and update this policy before activation, including the provider, purpose, data involved, identifier lifespan, server-side retention, and any sale or sharing implications. Where consent is required, those technologies will remain blocked until valid consent is given; withdrawal will be as easy as acceptance.

Retention and contact

Session technologies last for the applicable session unless a documented security or sign-in function requires persistence. Necessary security and operational information is retained using the criteria in the Privacy Policy. Browser identifier lifespans and server-side retention are different; removing a cookie does not erase records already lawfully collected.
