Prebreak is committed to making its website and supported digital experiences accessible to people with disabilities. Our accessibility goal is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This is a design and improvement objective, not a certification that every page, document, or feature currently conforms.
Accessibility priorities
Our priorities include semantic headings and landmarks; keyboard navigation and visible focus; meaningful text alternatives; readable contrast and text resizing; accessible form labels and error messages; and alternatives to interaction that depends only on a mouse, color, or motion. We aim to respect reduced-motion preferences and make essential information available without animation.
Maps, complex drawings, third-party tools, and customer-supplied documents can present additional barriers. A visual plan preview alone may not convey the underlying information to every user. We will work with the requesting person and, where needed, the document owner to identify a usable alternative within our authority.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter a barrier or need information in another format, email hello@prebreak.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Please identify the page or feature, describe the task you were trying to complete, and tell us your preferred response method or format. Sharing a diagnosis or medical record is not necessary. Browser or assistive-technology details are optional if they would help us reproduce the problem.
We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days and will discuss practical next steps and timing. This acknowledgment target is not a promise that every remediation will be completed within five business days. Let us know if an external submission deadline makes your request urgent.
Ongoing review
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Newly released features and third-party or uploaded content may have limitations. Contact us for an accessible copy of a policy or to report a recurring issue. This statement does not limit rights or obligations under applicable law.
Statement revision date: September 8, 2026. This date identifies the drafting revision, not a completed accessibility audit.
