Acceptable Use Policy

Prebreak Inc., a Delaware corporation
700 E Redlands Blvd U172, Redlands, CA 92373

Effective date:

This policy governs use of prebreak.com and related public pages (the “Site”). It also applies to the Prebreak application, APIs, customer workspaces, and external review rooms when incorporated into the agreement governing that service. “Services” refers to the surfaces to which this policy applies. A signed customer agreement controls a conflict concerning paid services; this policy does not enlarge Prebreak’s rights in customer data.

Authorized use and access

Use the Services only for lawful purposes and within your authorization. Do not misrepresent your identity, affiliation, professional qualification, ownership of a project, or authority to act for another person. Do not share individual credentials, impersonate an agency or professional, or use a review invitation to access an unrelated project or later document version.

Do not probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization; bypass authentication, permissions, rate limits, payment restrictions, or other access controls; introduce malware or malicious files; interfere with operation; or conduct denial-of-service attacks. Report a suspected vulnerability to hello@prebreak.com with “Security” in the subject. Do not access additional records to demonstrate an issue or include confidential project information in an initial report.

Content, privacy, and intellectual property

Do not upload, link, submit, transmit, or disclose material you lack the rights or authority to use for the requested purpose. This includes consultant drawings, title reports, licensed datasets, correspondence, personal information, and confidential or privileged material. Public availability alone does not establish permission to copy, commercialize, export, or use material for model training.

Do not use the Services for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, or malicious activity; unsolicited bulk communications; doxxing; or unauthorized monitoring of individuals. Do not use the Services to make tenant, credit, insurance, employment, or other eligibility decisions about individuals. The Services support entitlement project analysis, not consumer screening.

Do not upload passwords, access tokens, full payment-card details, government identification numbers, or unrelated sensitive personal information into project files or public forms. Use designated authentication or payment interfaces for credentials and payment details. Submit privileged or specially regulated content only where the governing agreement and approved processing controls permit it.

Integrity of entitlement work

Do not falsify facts, citations, agency correspondence, receipts, votes, signatures, seals, professional certifications, or evidence. Do not manipulate a plan, unit count, affordability election, legal date, or project configuration to conceal a material fact or present sham eligibility as lawful compliance. Lawful, accurately disclosed optimization of a project is permitted.

Do not remove or falsify a material source, version, assumption, coverage limitation, provisional label, required-review status, or supersession notice when presenting a Prebreak output to others. Do not describe internal package readiness as an agency completeness determination, a forecast as a legal deadline, or an analytical scenario as a signed or sealed professional instrument.

Do not cause the Services to issue a package, send an external communication, grant access, or make a material project decision without the required authorized human approval. Attempts to manipulate AI instructions to reveal restricted information, fabricate support, or bypass these controls are prohibited.

Automation and reuse

Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk-download, frame, or mirror the Services without our written permission, except ordinary public search indexing that respects applicable robots directives or uses permitted by law. Authorized APIs, integrations, agreed exports, accessibility tools, and ordinary browser functions remain permitted within their scope.

Do not use Prebreak-owned protected content, proprietary datasets, or nonpublic outputs to train, fine-tune, or ground a shared or competing machine-learning system without written permission. This restriction does not transfer ownership of customer materials, restrict independently obtained public-domain material, or override rights expressly granted by a customer agreement or law. Respect third-party licenses when exporting or reusing source material.

Enforcement and reports

We may investigate reported misuse and restrict the affected access as permitted by the governing agreement and law. Where practicable, we will identify the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct it; urgent security, legal, or material harm may require immediate action. Restrictions do not authorize destruction of records subject to retention duties, legal holds, or agreed customer export rights.

Report abuse to hello@prebreak.com with “Acceptable Use” in the subject. Include the relevant page, account or project reference, and a concise description. Do not send sensitive evidence through a public form; we can arrange an appropriate channel.
